The Pre-Conference Operations and Maintenance Managers’ Workshop provides a peer-to-peer forum for individuals to discuss some of the complex operational challenges related to managing APM systems. It also provides an opportunity to share lessons learned and identify best practices. Topics will range from initial system startup to system expansion and how to limit impacts to operations during expansion.
